Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of working night shifts.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and consultants
• Negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of US immigration regulations and work authorization processes for IT consultants is a plus.
