IIT Delhi Notification 2022: Project Scientist

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi invites application for the following posts

Sr. Project Scientist: 03 Posts

Qualifications: A first class M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 yrs of working experience in FE modeling at advance level using LS-Dyan, Hyper works, ANSYS is required. Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics, materials modeling, and good knowledge of Finite Element (FE) modeling and simulations is required. Experience in modeling under extreme loading conditions is desired.

Principal Project Scientist: 01 Post

Qualifications: A first class PhD in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent should have very good fundamental subject knowledge and academic record. Strong background in computational mechanics of structures and materials using FE analysis with proficiency in LS-Dyna. ANSYS and Hyper works Work experience with modeling of impact and/or blast loading of structures will be desired.

Project Scientist: 03 Posts

Qualifications: A first class B.Tech (with GATE qualification) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics and good knowledge of FE modeling and simulations, along with working knowledge of LS-Dyan, Hyper works, ANSYS is preferred.
