Govt of AP has taken another great initiative in collaboration with ITAAP to run a Train & Hire Program "Industry Specific Training Program(ISTP)" to train the youth and place them in the IT Industry. 1000+ IT/ITeS Job Openings and 30+ IT/ITes Companies are participating.

This multifaceted program not only provides skilled manpower to the IT Industry in AP but also creates a huge talent pool that attracts big IT companies to AP. Under this program, Govt of AP provides free training to the youth and also places them in the IT Industry with a decent salary package.
Eligibility for Job Fair: Any graduate of 2017/2018/2019/2020/2021 pass out can participate in this job fair.
A common Online Screening test(ISTP Screening test) will be conducted from 27th Dec 2021 onwards. Registered students will get the exam details through email.
After the screening test, shortlisted will be given an option to apply/choose the companies participating in Job Fair. They will be further screened by companies to hire them.
Candidates who are short-listed in the ISTP Screening but not selected by companies will be eligible for ISTP Hire & Train Program that is commencing on 19th Jan 2022.
Students of ISTP Program will be hired by companies at the end of the program with a decent package.
