A total of 49,157 people applied and 42,496 appeared for the exam. ICET Convener Acharya N. Kishore Babu said that the total attendance was 86.45 percent. Examination centers have been set up in 24 cities across the state. 70.92 percent attendance was recorded in the examination center set up in Hyderabad.

Sri Sathyasai District has the highest attendance of 93.3 percent, East Godavari District 93.1 and West Godavari District 93 percent. The exam was conducted in a peaceful atmosphere and the primary key will be released on July 27. Also, ICET-2022 results will be released on August 8.
