One of the APPSC members has earlier announced that the 'Scheme and Syllabus Revamping Committee' has submitted the Draft Scheme for Group I examinations to the Hon'ble Chairman of APPSC. He said that the changes are a significant step towards eliminating subjectivity and repetition and easing the undue burden on the aspirants.

However, APPSC member Parige Sudhir has tweeted that there will be no changes in APPSC Group-1 syllabus and exam pattern. He also said that the notification will be released on December 8th.
