Consider the objections of each college: High Court

The AP Higher Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission (APHERMC) has revoked the fees and the communication sent to the government. The High Court objected that the APHERMC had not fixed the fees in accordance with the directions given earlier. Ignoring the directives to consider all the objections raised by the respective colleges in the decision of fees. The High Court also objected that the APHERMC had disobeyed the directives to issue written orders in respect of each college. It directed the government to issue re-determination of fees in educational institutions which have finalized fees on the basis of GO 42 and issue orders within four weeks. If the Commission considers any evidence in respect of fees, it shall place that evidence before the concerned college and hear their arguments. In the case of each college in connection with the determination of fees, a written order shall be issued for different reasons. The Commission sent the finalization orders of its fees to the Government. The government ordered that the fees be notified within a week of receiving the orders. To this extent, Justice Rao Raghunandan Rao recently delivered a judgment.
