Sakshi Education
The Institute of International Education (IIE) has conducted an annual census of international students in the U.S. since its founding in 1919. Known as the Open Doors Report, 2010 the project was receiving support from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State in 1972.
