TG POLYCET 2024 Counselling Schedule| Check required document list!

Government of Telangana Department of Technical Education will conduct the counselling of TS POLYCET 2024 in online mode. The following are the details of schedule.

TG POLYCET 2024 Counselling Schedule

Eligibility:

Nationality: Indian citizens are eligible.

Educational Qualification:

• Passed the SSC examination conducted by the State Board of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent.
• Minimum aggregate of 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Mathematics must be one of the compulsory subjects.

Age Limit: There is no age restriction for seeking admission into Diploma Courses in Polytechnics. However, the maximum eligible age for obtaining a scholarship is 20 years for OC candidates and 24 years for other candidates as of July 1, 2024, based on guidelines issued by the Social Welfare (Edn.) Departments.

Certificates to be produced by candidates during the TGPOLYCET-2024 Certificate Verification:

• TGPOLYCET-2024 Rank Card (original and 2 sets of Xerox copies)
• Aadhar Card (original and 2 sets of Xerox copies)
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo (original and 2 sets of Xerox copies)
• IV to X Study Certificates (original and 2 sets of Xerox copies)
• Transfer Certificate (T.C) (original)
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2024 by competent authority (if applicable)
• EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar valid for the year 2024-25 (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)
• Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding the qualifying examination (if the candidate has no institutionalized education)
• For Non-Local candidates seeking unreserved seats: Residence Certificate (candidates who have resided in the State for 10 years excluding study periods outside the State) or Employer Certificate (children of parents employed within the State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, local bodies, universities, and similar quasi-public institutions during TGPOLYCET-2024 application) 1. Minorities should provide the SSC TC containing Minority Status or a certificate from the Head Master.

Here are the steps for paying the processing fee for TGPOLYCET-2024:

• Visit the official website: TGPOLYCET.
• Click on the link labeled “PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE.”
• Register by providing the following details:
• Registration Number from your TGPOLYCET-2024 Hall Ticket.
• Date of Birth as mentioned in your SSC Marks Memo.
• SSC Hall Ticket Number.

The Basic Information Form will be displayed. Enter the following information:

• Aadhar Number
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Details of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Details of Income Certificate application Number issued by MeeSeva (if applicable)
• Note that changing the mobile number is not allowed.
• Update the information as needed.

Pay the Processing Fee:

• Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates
• Rs. 600/- for all other candidates

Payment can be made online using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or T-Wallet.
