India's R Praggnanandhaa and World Number 1 Magnus Carlsen to play tie-breaker set of World Cup final

- India's R Praggnanandhaa will face World No. 1 Magnus Carlsen of Norway in a tie-breaker set of the Chess World Cup final today. This comes after the second game between Indian grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa and Norwegian Magnus Carlsen ended in a draw.
- Two tie-break games will be played in the rapid format with time control of 25 minutes for each player. If the winner is still undecided, the players will play two more games with a time control of 10 minutes. If that also does not provide a winner, there will be two more games with time control of 5 minutes. If the two players are still tied, the blitz portion of the tiebreak will start. This format shall be repeated until there’s a winner.
