Andhra Pradesh ranks #1 in ease of doing business in India
According to INVEST.INDIA.GOV.IN Andhra Pradesh is India’s preferred investment hub with USD 45D FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) inflows in to the state during the period Oct 2019 to Dec 2021.
Andhra Pradesh has retained the top spot in the ranking of states and union territories (UTs) based on the implementation of business reform action plan. Andhra Pradesh offers major opportunities for investments in the IT sector as well as in mining, fintech, infrastructure, energy.
Ease of doing business ranking of states and union territories of India is the annual ease of doing business (EDB) index of states and union territories of India based on the completion percentage scores of action items points of annual Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP) under the Make in India initiative. This ranking of states has been done by World Bank since 2015 and facilitated by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT)
