Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will confer awards on November 1 on the occasion of Andhra Pradesh's state formation day to around 25 individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions in various fields such as agriculture, arts, literature, education, journalism, medicine and social service.
