Summer holidays are coming to an end, and colleges under Osmania University will reopen from Monday, June 1, 2025. Classes will start as per schedule in campus, affiliated, and private colleges. Students are getting ready to return after the month-long break.
Academic Activities Resume
After a 31-day summer break, classroom teaching will begin again for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Both private and government-aided colleges will resume full-time academic operations from the first week of June.In addition to academic departments, student hostels and mess facilities that remained closed during the vacation period are also being reopened.
No Changes to Academic Calendar
Officials have confirmed that the academic calendar will proceed as planned. Colleges have been advised to maintain punctuality in conducting classes, internal assessments, and other academic activities without any delay.
