The Group-2 Prelims exam, held on 25th February, has been noted by many candidates as challenging. APPSC has disclosed that the selection ratio for the Group 2 Prelims Exam 2024 will be 1:100.
APPSC Group 1 Prelims-2024 Paper-1 Question Paper with Key (General Studies)
Out of the 4,83,525 candidates who applied for the Group-2 Prelims 2024 exam, 4,63,517 downloaded the hall tickets, and 4,04,037 individuals (87.17%) appeared for the exam.
The preliminary results for Group 2 are expected to be released soon.

- Click on the link APPSC Group-2 Prelims Results/ Selected candidates for main exam available on the homepage.
- Check your registration number in the list.
- The selected candidates will have to appear for the main exam
Impact on Cut-off Marks and Mains Preparation
A 1:100 selection ratio could significantly decrease the cut-off marks for the prelims exam. This would allow more candidates to qualify for the mains exam and focus on their preparations without undue stress.
