APPSC CPT for VROs, VRAs & Panchayat Secretary Employees

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced the Computer Proficiency Test (Notification No. 03/2025) for in-service employees of various departments. The test aims to evaluate proficiency in office automation and the use of computers and associated software.

APPSC CPT for VROs, VRAs & Panchayat Secretary Employees

Eligible Candidates:

• Village/Ward Secretariat Functionaries (Panchayat Secretary Grade-V)
• Village Revenue Officer (Grade-II and Grade-I)
• Employees appointed on compassionate grounds after 12/05/2014
• Senior Assistants promoted from the category of VRO Grade-I
• Compassionate VROs/in-service VRAs

Examination Details:

• Mode: Computer Based Practical Test
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Maximum Marks: 100
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40%

Fee: Rs.500/- must be paid online using Payment Gateway/ Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card.

Application Process:

• Register OTPR: First-time applicants must register on the Commission’s website to get a User ID.
• Login & Apply: Use OTPR User ID to apply for the test online.

Important Dates: 

• Opening date of online registration: February 24, 2025 
• Closing date of online registration: March 06, 2025
