M.Sc in Physics or Nuclear Physics recognized University approved in India And
Must have passed one year Post M.Sc, Diploma in Radiological Physics (Dip. R.P)/ Medical Physics
An Internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well equipped Radiation Therapy Department approved by AERB Institute. (No need internship certificate before 2013 batch)
Certificate of Radiological Safety Officer (RSO Level-III) from the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC)
