AP EAPCET 2024: Initial Key Released; Check College Predictor

On Thursday, May 23rd, the eighth day of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET)-2024 was conducted online by JNTUK Kakinada. The exam proceeded peacefully across the state and in Hyderabad, according to AP EAPCET Chairman and Vice-Chancellor Prof. GVR. Prasada Raju.

AP EAPCET 2024 Initial Key

This year, more students applied for the AP EAPCET entrance exam compared to last year, resulting in a significant increase in the attendance rate. For the Agriculture & Pharmacy Department, the initial answer key was released on the morning of May 22nd, and the response sheets were uploaded to the website. Students can raise objections to the initial key until 10 am on May 25th.

Similarly, for the Engineering Department, the initial answer key was released at 10 am on May 24th, and the response sheets are available on the website. Students can submit objections to the initial key until 10 am on May 26th.

For the AP EAPCET, 2,74,213 students were expected to attend all sessions of the Engineering Department, but 2,58,373 appeared, with 15,840 absent, resulting in a 94.22% attendance rate. In the Agriculture & Pharmacy Department, 88,638 students were expected, but 80,766 attended, with 7,872 absent, resulting in a 91.12% attendance rate. Overall, out of 3,62,851 students, 3,39,139 appeared for the exam, with 23,712 absent, making the total attendance rate 93.47%, as reported by Convenor Prof. K. Venkata Reddy.

Additionally, 25% of the AP EAPCET entrance exam marks will be based on intermediate marks. Students from boards other than the Andhra Pradesh regular intermediate board must upload their marks through the AP EAPCET website.
