AP DSC Exam Postponement Update: Central Election Commission's Call

The AP DSC exams might be postponed due to requests from a large number of aspirants, according to the AP CEO. These requests have been forwarded to the AP education department.
AP Chief Election Officers said that he received several requests from DSC aspirants requesting to postpone the DSC exam 2024. He said that the final decision on postponement rests with the Central Election Commission.
It is known that The Andhra Pradesh government has announced new exam dates for the DSC-2024 (District Selection Committee) examination, as per the orders of the High Court. The AP DSC 2024 exams were rescheduled from March 30 to April 30.
AP DSC 2024 Revised Schedule and Details
Here are the details of the revised schedule for the DSC-2024 exams in Andhra Pradesh:
- Secondary Grade Teacher Exam: The exam for Secondary Grade Teachers will be conducted from March 30 to April 3 in 10 sessions, with two sessions per day.
- English Proficiency Test: The English Proficiency Test, which is a preliminary test for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher), PGT (Post Graduate Teacher), and Principal posts, will be conducted on April 7.
- School Assistant, TGT, PGT, Physical Director, Principal Exams: The exams for School Assistant, TGT, PGT, Physical Director, and Principal posts will be conducted from April 13 to April 30.
- Web Options: Candidates will be given web options to select exam centers starting from March 20.
- Hall Tickets can be downloaded from March 25.
However, this exam may be postponed again due to election schedule 2024. The AP education department is yet to respond on this.
