The National Testing Agency has released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Session 2 notification 2024 for admission in to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (BE/ B.Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other institution or universities and Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B.Planning courses in the country.
About JEE Main 2024:
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission in to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (BE/ B.Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and Institutions/ Universities funded/ recognised by participating State Governments. JEE (Main) is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the country.

Candidates can attempt JEE Main for three consecutive years, starting from the year they pass their 10+2 examination |

Qualifying Marks |
Minimum of 75% aggregate marks in their 10+2 exam (65% for SC/ST) or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.

The JEE Main 2024 Exam dates for session 2 have been announced by the NTA. The JEE Main 2024 sessions 2 will be held on 04 April and 15 April 2024. The exam will be held in two shifts- 9 am to 12 pm & 3 pm to 6 pm.
