TSPSC Group-4 Selection List Released; Check Web Options Date and Documents Required for Certificate Verification
The General Ranking List of TSPSC Group-IV Services was published on the Commission’s website on 09/02/2024. The Commission has released the pick-up lists in the ratio of 1:3 for all candidates and 1:5 for PWD candidates.
Candidates are advised to gather and prepare all necessary certificates, including those for EWS (for the year 2021 to 2022), Community, Non-creamy layer for BCs, PwD Certificates, Study/Residence Certificates (Class I to VII), any other Reservations/Relaxations, Qualifications, and Evidence of equivalent qualifications. Failure to submit any mandatory certificates on the date of verification will result in no further time being allotted.

Web Options
The candidate should show utmost care while exercising web options, as these web options will be considered for final selection. In this regard, candidates are directed to use the Web-options link provided from 13/06/2024.
TSPSC announced a notification to fill 8,180 Group-4 posts in various government departments in Telangana. The Group-4 exam was held on July 1, 2023. A total of 9,51,205 candidates applied, with 7,62,872 taking Paper-1 and 7,61,198 taking Paper-2.

Basic Information
- Checklist: Basic information data to be filled by the candidate (Downloadable from the Commission’s website).
Documents to be Submitted
- Submitted Application (PDF): Two copies (Downloadable from the Commission’s website).
- Hall Ticket.
- Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).
- School Study Certificate from 1st to 7th Class or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (for candidates who studied privately or in open school).
Certificates
- Provisional and Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo: For Graduation/Post Graduation as required.
- Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate): Issued by the Telangana Government with the Name of Father or Mother.
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC Community Candidates: With Father’s or Mother’s Name (single parent allowed) as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt. of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Dept, Dt: 18-12-2015 / G.O.Ms.No.20 BCW (OP) Dept. dated:31/10/2017 (Format available on the Website).
- Note: OBC Certificate is not allowed.
- Note: For Married Women, Certificates with Husband’s Name are not allowed.
- EWS Certificate: Issued for the Financial Year prior to the Year of Notification (i.e., Financial Year 2021-2022) by the competent authority of Telangana Government.
Additional Documents (If Applicable)
- Proof of Age Relaxation: For Telangana Government Employees (Regular), NCC instructors, Retrenched Census Service, Ex-Servicemen (relevant service certificates from concerned departments).
- PH Certificate (SADERAM Certificate).
- NOC from Employer: For in-service candidates.
- Attestation Forms: Two copies duly signed by a Gazetted Officer (Downloadable from the Commission’s website).
- Declaration of Unemployment.
- Declaration as Hindu: For Post Code-70.
- Other Relevant Documents: As per Notification No.19/2022, Dated: 01/12/2022.
- Medical Certificate: For candidates eligible and applied for Post Code No.’s 94 & 95, attested by the Appellate Medical Authority not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon for Physical Measurements.
- Latest Passport Size Photos: Three copies.
