Job Role: Customer Service Execution/ Customer Service Agent
Eligibility: 

• 12th/ Degree/ PG/ B.Tech/ (Any Discipline) 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025 pass out graduates with 60% aggregate and with no backlogs need to apply. 
• 0 - 3 years of experience in a BPO, customer service, or related role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred for voice support)
• Proficiency in handling chat and email platforms for non-voice processes
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting

Interview Procedure:

• 1st Round: Technical Round
• 2nd Round: HR Round
