NEET UG Result 2022 Out; Cutoff marks dropped

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) result 2022 today, September 7. NTA will also release the NEET UG 2022 final answer key UG, individual scorecards, cut-off and all India rank along with the NEET UG 2022 result.

Candidates can check and download the NEET UG 2022 results from the official website– neet.nta.nic.in.

Tanishka from Rajasthan secured 1st rank with 715 marks. Asish Batra from Delhi secured 2nd rank.Hrishikesh Nagabhushan from Karnataka stood at 3rd position. Yerrabelli Sidhartha Rao from Telangana secured 5th rank with 711 marks while Sai Keerthi from AP secured 12th rank with 710 marks. There are 8 ranks from Telugu states.

A total of 17,64,751 students appeared for NEET 2022 and 9,93,069 from them qualified for the exam. Uttarpradesh topped with 1.1 lakh students qualifying for the NEET 2022. 40,344 students from AP and 35,148 students from Telangana qualified for the exam.

Same Marks

Four candidates scored 715 out of 720 and Tanishka was declared topper on time breaking method. 9 students scored 710 out of 720. They were ranked from 6 to 14.

NEET 2022 Cut-off Marks

The range of qualifying marks i e., cutoff marks dropped to 715-117 when compared to 2021, 720- 138 for OC and EWS candidates. Similarly, the cutoff was dropped for other categories too.The cutoff for OBC, SC, and ST dropped from 137-108 in 2021 to 116-93.

NEET UG 2022 was conducted on July 27th for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India.

  • Click on NEET UG 2022 Results link on the home page
  • In the next page, enter your hall ticket number and date of birth and submit
  • The results will be displayed
  • Download a copy of the rank sheet for further reference
