TGPSC Group-2 and Group-3 Results Expected Release Date 2025: Here’s the Update

Sakshi Education: The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) recently conducted the Group-2 and Group-3 exams, and the results are expected to be released by the end of this month, as confirmed by TGPSC Chairman Burra Venkatesham.

Group-2 Recruitment 2024 Overview

• Notification was issued for 783 Group-2 posts across various state government departments.
• Applicants: 5,51,855 candidates applied.
• Attendance: Only 2,51,486 candidates (approximately 45.57%) appeared for the exam.

Group-3 Recruitment Overview

• Notification Issued For: 1,363 Group-3 posts.
• Exam Dates: November 17 and 18, 2024.
• Exam Centers: Conducted in 1,401 centers.
• Applicants: Out of 5,36,400 registered candidates, 2,69,483 candidates (approximately 50.26%) attended the exam.

With lakhs of aspirants awaiting these results, TGPSC is expediting the evaluation process to release the outcomes promptly.

Group-1 Results Update

For Group-1, 31,383 candidates qualified for the Mains exam, including 20 sports quota candidates who obtained court permission to appear. However, only 21,093 candidates (67.17%) attended the exam, with approximately 37 candidates competing for each post. The results for Group-1 Mains are expected to be announced within a week.

Good News for Aspirants: New Job Notifications

After the declaration of results for Groups 1, 2, and 3, TGPSC is set to issue fresh notifications for all three groups. As per Chairman Burra Venkatesham, new notifications for Group-1, Group-2, and Group-3 recruitments will be released after April 2025, offering another opportunity for aspirants preparing for government jobs in Telangana.
