According to subject experts, candidates scoring above 370 marks in the Group-2 exam stand a good chance of securing a job. TSPSC has revised the total marks from 600 to 597, as three questions from the answer key were removed. Candidates scoring above 350 marks across all papers are considered to have performed well.

Candidates who do not secure a job in this recruitment need not be disheartened. The TSPSC is expected to issue fresh notifications for 450 Group-1 posts and 600–700 Group-2 posts in May 2025. The government is currently consolidating vacancies across departments, and new notifications for Group-1 and Group-2 posts will likely be announced in May or June 2025.
