The Telangana government has officially declared summer holidays for schools and intermediate colleges across the state. According to the academic calendar, summer vacation for schools will begin on April 24, 2025, and will continue until June 11, 2025.

Regular classes for the new academic year will start from June 12. This gives school students a total of 46 days of summer break, offering them a much-needed rest after the busy academic year.
Meanwhile, the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has also released the summer schedule for junior colleges. As per the announcement, intermediate colleges will remain closed from March 31 to June 1, 2025. The new academic session will begin on June 2, 2025.

Reopening Date: June 12, 2025, commencing the new academic year
Last Working Day: April 23, 2025
Intermediate College Holidays
Duration: From March 31, 2025, to June 1, 2025
Reopening Date: June 2, 2025, for the new academic year
