• Venue: Govt. ENT Hospital, Koti, Hyderabad
• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM sharp

Documents Required:

• Hall Ticket for the Group-IV Services Examination
• Three (3) latest passport-size photographs
• All original certificates
• Outpatient ticket from the hospital
