Doctorate Degree in Physical Sciences or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent.
15 years’ experience in research and development in industrial and academic Institutions or science & technology organizations, out of which seven (7) years shall be in administration, planning, development and coordination of R&D and related areas.
Experience of evolving, managing and directing major science and technology development programmes; and
Published research work of high standard and/or good record of patents granted/ filed.
