Job Role: Order Management Specialist
Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounting with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Customer to Cash operations.
- Necessary industry experience & associated number of years of experience
- Good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems)
- Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills
