Job Description:
- Responsible for coordination of all project deliverables designated as owned by HCL.
- Responsible for project communication to Client on project schedule, budget, and resources needed.
- Duties include:
- Single point of contact on decision-making
- Primarily responsible for timely execution of HCLTech responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing joint project plan
- Managing risks
- Monitor and drive project progress and results
- Conduct Project Kick-Off Status Meetings
- Report Project Status to Steering Committee
- Allocate Schedule project resources
- Ensure project issues are dealt with promptly
- Allocate responsibilities for design, implementation, and testing of various modules to appropriate project resources
- Review of design, code & test plans
- Gap - Fit analysis report approval & sign-off
- Providing Project status reports to management team
- Drive Requirements gathering
- Effort Estimation
- Oversee Training Sessions
