Minimum 7 years of experience in Land Acquisition and R&R activities for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Well versed in RFCTLARR Act and Rules thereunder.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should have experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry or relevant industry.
Should be good at Project Management skills
Must know about Customer management
Have knowledge of On-field execution
Must have Strong analytical skills
Have Problem solving capabilities and understanding of transaction advisory
