Job Role: Client Relationship Associate
Eligibility: 2024, 2023 Any Graduate (Any Discipline) with at least 50% aggregate and no active backlogs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of customer service and relationship management principles
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify improvement areas
Interview Procedure:
- 1st round: phone or video screening
- 2nd round: Technical
- 3rd Round: HR
