Job Role: Customer Service Voice and Non Voice

Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BBA, BCA (any discipline) students graduating in 2024 with minimum 55 % aggregate throughout the academics and with no backlogs.

Skills: 

• Good computer knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills and typing skills. Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• The enthusiasm to be a self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily
• Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
• Able to interact with customers.
• Should have typing speed of 25 WPM
• Able to work in rotational night shifts.

• Round 1: Personal Introduction Round and Eassy writing
• Round 2: Tool Assessment
• Round 3: Operations round
