TCS BPS Hiring – Eligibility Criteria: 

• Must be a 2025 graduate with a 3-year full-time Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS
• Up to 1 pending backlog/arrear/ATKT is allowed at the time of the interview, but none will be allowed upon joining. All backlogs must be cleared within the stipulated course duration
• No extended education allowed (course must have been completed within the standard duration)
• Overall education gap cannot exceed 24 months (relevant documentation required)
• Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses are not eligible)
• Candidates who completed Secondary/Senior Secondary from NIOS can apply if other qualifications are full-time
• Prior work experience is not required but must be declared in the application
• Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including nights)
• Minimum age: 18 years old, Maximum age: 28 years old
