Eligibility Criteria:
Masters of Arts (MA) in Intellectual Property Law and Management (One Year Programme): (i) Candidates must have completed two bachelor's degrees in succession, including one in the relevant discipline; or (ii) An integrated degree programme of five years in the relevant discipline after completing plus two; or (iii) An equivalent post-graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university; or (iv) Candidates completing a four-year Bachelor’s programme with Honours/ Research, from a recognised university In all the above mentioned cases, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (50% for reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability).
Master of Law (LL.M) in Intellectual Property Law and Management (One Year Programme): Candidate should have completed LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (50% for reserved categories such as SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
