The Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE) at IIM Lucknow is a two year program designed for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives who want to enhance their managerial skills while continuing their full-time jobs. IIM Lucknow Post Graduate Programme 2024

Duration: 2 years

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Executives with a Bachelor’s degree (10 + 2 + 3 or 4 years of formal education) in any discipline or an equivalent academic qualification with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
If grades/CGPA are awarded instead of marks, the conversion formula provided by the institution/university where the degree was obtained will be used. If the institution/university does not have a conversion formula, IIML will establish equivalence by dividing the obtained CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
Test Scores:

GMAT/GMAT Focus Edition/ GRE: A valid score is required, and the score must be valid until the last date of application. Only test center-based GMAT/GMAT Focus Edition/GRE scores are valid. It is mandatory to submit the official scorecard or test taker copy (if the official scorecard is not yet received) along with the application. The GMAT code is J39-VT-47, and the GRE Designated Institution (DI) Code is 4988.
CAT: Scores from CAT taken in the years 2022 and 2023 are eligible.
GATE: Scores from GATE taken in the years 2023 and 2024 are eligible.
PGPWE Entrance Exam: To be conducted in December 2024 (tentatively) at IIML, Noida Campus.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification (after graduation) work experience as of March 31, 2025. Freelance, training, or project work done as an integral part of any curricular requirement is not included.
