Qualifications: PhD in Communication/ Mass Communication/ Media Studies/ Journalism, with thesis work in one of the areas mentioned in the table below, corresponding to the topic of IoE-PDRF. Only candidates who have submitted their thesis and successfully defended it by April 15, 2023, and no earlier than April 15, 2020, may apply. (See below for exempted categories).
Fellowships: Rs.55,000/- per month for the PhD holders and Rs. 35,000 per month for candidates who have submitted the thesis and are awaiting the award of the PhD degree.
