Qualification: PhD in Nanotechnology with an excellent publication record and specialization in one of the following 3 areas: Flexible nano electronics, Electrochemical sensors/biosensors, Super capacitors.
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2022): 30 years
Emoluments: Rs.47,000 - 54,000/- per month
- Junior Research Fellow
Qualification: M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics / Electronic Sciences (EL) / Physics (PH)/Nanotechnology/Material Science or M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics/ Nano electronics/ Nanotechnology/Nano biotechnology / Material Science and engineering. Minimum CGPA of 8/10.
Emoluments: Rs.31,000/- per month
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2022): 25 years
