Eligibility For PG Diploma in Agriculture & Soils, Forest Resources & Ecosystem Analysis, Geosciences, Natural Hazards & Disaster Risk Management, Urban & Regional Studies :

The candidates applying for the course should have the following qualification for Intermediate/ Pre-University Level (including Diploma) and UG/PG levels with Science stream (with at least any two subjects out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths/ Statistics/ Biology/ Comp.Science).
M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Agri. Physics /Soil Sci./ Agromet./ Entomology/ Pathology/ Agronomy/ Plant Physiol./ Horticulture / Agri. Botany/ Soil Conservation & Water Manag./ Climate Change Adaptation/ Env. Sci. or equivalent & Master’s in Geography (OR)
B.E./B.Tech. in Agri. Engg./ Agri. Informatics/ Agri. & Food Engg. or equivalent (OR) B.Sc. (4-years degree) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Sericulture.

Eligibility For PG Diploma in Marine & Atmospheric Sciences, Satellite Image Analysis & Photogrammetry, Water Resources & Spatial Data Science :

The candidates applying for the course should have the following qualification for Intermediate/ Pre-University Level (including Diploma) and UG/PG levels with Science stream (with Maths as essential subject and any one subject out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Statistics/ Biology/ Comp. Science).

To apply online, visit https://admissions.iirs.gov.in/ . The candidate has to choose only one specialization at the time of applying online, which cannot be changed subsequently.
If the candidate wishes to apply for P.G. Diploma as well as M.Tech., M.Sc. he/she has to select the same specialization for both the courses.
Govt.-sponsored candidates must submit the Nomination Form from the Competent Authority of their parent organization/institute at the time of submitting the online application.

Application Fee
