Job Role: Remote Desktop Support Engineer

Eligibility: B.Tech, BE, B.Sc Computer Science, Engineering or relevant qualification in IT/ Computing.

Technical Skills:

• Good communication skills
• 0-2 years of relevant experience as a Desktop support engineer including phone, remote support and Hands on.
• Working knowledge and understanding of IP, WINS DHCP, DNS, etc
• Working knowledge and experience as Desktop Support Engineer.
• Entry level experience with troubleshooting and providing support required in network administration and monitoring tools.

Other Skills: MCP is essential MCSE Certification would be an advantage

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Written Test
• 2nd round: Technical Interview & Communication Skills
• 3rd round: HR Interview
