Eligibility: Engineering, Degree, MBA with 60% aggregate and with 10+ years of Experience only need to apply.

Skills:

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current Information Technology trends
• Comprehensive understanding of client requirements
• Third-Party Sourcing knowledge and techniques
• The Candidate must have a strong understanding of IT Technical skills.
• Recruited consultants on W2, C2C, 1099 positions
• Experience Working on ATS
• Hands-on experience in sourcing using various social media like LinkedIn etc.
• Experience working on VMS, MSP preferred

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Aptitude
• 2nd round: technical
• 3rd round: HR
