Civil Services day is celebrated on April 21st every year, the day is observed by all Civil Services to re-dedicate and re-commit themselves to the cause of the people.
- The day provides a unique opportunity for introspection as also for working out future strategies to deal with the challenges being posed by the ever changing times.

- Minister of State for Prime Minister Office Dr. Jitendra Singh and Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba have greeted the civil servants on the occasion of Civil Services Day.
- Dr. Jitendra Singh said, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, when India is a front line warrior against corona, India's Civil Services are contributing substantially to live upto this unprecedented challenge.
- Cabinet Secretary lauded the efforts of civil servants during the battle against Covid-19 pandemic. He appealed the civil servants to continue their fight against the pandemic and work with a common vision for good governance with an objective of improving the lives of citizens.
