- Final Answer Key and Cut-off Marks: Along with the results, IIT Roorkee will release the final answer key and the cut-off marks, which determine the minimum qualifying scores.
- Scorecard: GATE 2025 score card will be released on March 28th.
- Provisional Answer Key Challenge: Candidates had the opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key from February 27 to March 1. Subject experts reviewed these objections and incorporated necessary changes before publishing the final key.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level examination that evaluates the knowledge of undergraduate subjects in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, and Humanities.
GATE 2025 is a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by IIT Roorkee and jointly organized by IISc Bengaluru and seven IITs (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee) on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
