• Physics (PH), Mathematics (MA), and English (EN)

IIITDM Kancheepuram Faculty Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility: 

• Assistant Professor Grade-I: PhD with 3 years of experience after PhD or 6 years total (excluding PhD enrollment period) after obtaining M.Tech/ ME/ M.Des.
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: PhD with or without experience.

IIITDM Kancheepuram Faculty Recruitment 2025 - Pay Scale: 

• Grade-I: ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400.
• Grade-II: ₹71,000 – ₹1,17,200 (with experience) or ₹70,900 – ₹98,200 (without experience).
