TG ECET 2025 Conducted by OU (Osmania University) in collaboration with the Telangana Council for Higher Education (TGCHE), this exam helps students secure admissions into top universities and colleges. TS ECET 2025 - Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for appearing in the TS ECET [FDH & B.Sc. (Mathematics)] - 2025:

Residency: Candidates must belong to the State of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended. This regulation is adapted to the State of Telangana G.O.Ms. No. 33 dated 31.12.2014.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma: Candidates must have obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or any other diploma recognized by the Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh as equivalent for admission into relevant B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharmacy courses as specified in the Instruction Booklet.

B.Sc. Degree: Candidates must have passed the 3-year B.Sc. Degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized University in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses as given in the Instruction Booklet.

Note: Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in the academic year 2024-2025 are eligible but must submit the qualifying certificate with the required percentage of marks during counseling for admissions.
Sandwich Pattern Diploma: Candidates pursuing a Diploma course under the sandwich pattern are eligible for entry into relevant B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharmacy courses, provided they have completed the practical training for the sandwich course by the date of counseling.

Marks Requirement: Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy/B.Sc. (Mathematics) Degree with at least 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) for entry into relevant courses.

Eligibility for Admission into BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharm

Lateral Admission:
For lateral admission into 2nd year regular BE/B.Tech Courses in both University and Un-Aided Private Professional Institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
For lateral admission into 2nd year regular B.Pharmacy Course in both University and private Un-Aided professional institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
Candidates must have appeared and qualified in the TS ECET - 2024. Mere appearance at the Entrance Test does not automatically entitle a candidate to entry into any course unless they satisfy the eligibility requirements and other criteria laid down in the rules of admission.

Reservation of Seats: Admission to 85% of the seats in each course is reserved for local candidates, and the remaining 15% of the seats are unreserved, as specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations and Admissions) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended and adapted to the State of Telangana G.O. Ms. No. 33 dated 31.12.2014.

Qualifying Marks:
The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in TS ECET [FDH & B.Sc. (Mathematics)] - 2024 is 25% of the aggregate marks in the four subjects [Three subjects for B.Sc. (Mathematics)], i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200.
For SC/ST candidates, there are no minimum qualifying marks for ranking. However, the rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks will be canceled if the claim is found invalid at the time of admission.TS ECET 2025 - Registration Fee: Rs.500/- for SC/ST & PH Candidates and Rs.900/- for all others candidates
