Integrated Simulator Complex (ISC) ‘Dhruv’ launched

• The Indian Navy’s training capabilities received a significant boost as Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the Integrated Simulator Complex ‘Dhruv’. This state-of-the-art complex aims to enhance practical training in the Indian Navy, providing real-time experience in navigation, fleet operations, and naval tactics. With indigenously developed simulators, the complex showcases the ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative and holds immense potential for defence exports.  
• The development of the Integrated Simulator Complex ‘Dhruv’ aligns with the ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative, emphasizing self-reliance and indigenous capabilities. By relying on homegrown technologies, the complex showcases India’s progress in advanced simulator systems, reducing the country’s dependence on external sources. Moreover, these technologically advanced simulators have a promising potential for defence exports, further contributing to India’s economy and international collaborations.
