Vande Metro

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India's first Namo Bharat Rapid Rail, also known as the Vande Metro, on September 16, 2024. This new rail service operates between Ahmedabad and Bhuj, covering a distance of 360 kilometers in 5 hours and 45 minutes, with stops at nine stations along the route.

Subhadra scheme

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the "Subhadra" scheme, a flagship initiative by the Odisha government aimed at benefiting one crore women. Named after Goddess Subhadra, the scheme provides financial assistance of ₹10,000 annually to eligible women aged 21 to 60, promoting their economic independence and well-being.

NPS Vatsalya Scheme

This initiative enables parents to invest in pension accounts for their children with flexible contributions starting from ₹1,000 annually, promoting long-term wealth building through compounding.
