The Assam Olympic Association (AOA) will launch a new programme Grassroot Olympic – Mission Talent Hunt’ to identify and groom sports talent in the state.
Sarbananda Sonowal was the president of the Assam Olympic Association.
AOA will organize sports events in five categories covering players from 10 years to 60 years of age in the state.
Assam will host the 3rd edition of KIYG in 2020.
