Students and parents across the country are eagerly waiting for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exam results. Recently, a message went viral on social media claiming that the results will be announced on May 6 at 11 AM. The notice looked official and caused confusion among many students.

CBSE Responded On Viral Notice
The CBSE board has now responded, saying that the viral message is not genuine. It is a fake notice, and the board has not yet announced any official result date.

CBSE has advised students and parents not to believe in any unofficial messages on social media. They should only trust information shared on the official CBSE website and social media accounts.

Over 44 lakh students appeared this year
This year, around 44 lakh students appeared for the CBSE board exams. Out of these, about 24.12 lakh took the Class 10 exams and 17.88 lakh appeared for Class 12.

Expected result date
The CBSE has not yet confirmed the result date. However, looking at previous years, results are likely to be released in the second week of May.
