The Telangana State Government has announced the annual exams for students of Classes 1 to 9, which will be conducted from April 9 to April 17, 2025 across all government schools. As per the official schedule, the final exams will conclude on April 20, and the results will be declared by April 23.
The last working day for schools is April 24, after which summer vacations will begin for students. The Telangana School Education Department has already sent the exam schedule to all government schools.
Additionally, from March 15th onwards, schools will follow a half-day schedule, ensuring a smooth transition for students preparing for their exams.
Revised School Timings in Telangana (March 15 - April 23, 2025)
- Regular Classes: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- For Schools Conducting SSC Exams: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Mid-Day Meals: Will be provided at 12:30 PM
The directive applies to all government, private, and aided schools under the jurisdiction of the Telangana State Education Department.

Important Updates for Students & Parents
- Schools will operate on revised timings until April 23, 2025.
- Mid-day meals will be provided at 12:30 PM before students leave for the day.
- SSC (10th Class) Exams will continue as scheduled in afternoon sessions (1 PM - 5 PM).
