TG LAWCET 2024 Web Based Counseling Notification
Eligibility for TG LAWCET - 2024 Admissions:
Nationality: The candidate must be of Indian nationality.
Local/Non-local Status: The candidate should satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as specified in the regulations of admissions (Ref. G.O. Ms. No 64 dated 26.05.2006 and G.O. Ms. No 116 dated 07.08.2007 and its amendments).
3-Year L.L.B / B.L.:
- Candidates for the 3-year LL.B Course should have passed any Graduate Degree (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University or an equivalent examination.
- Aggregate marks required: 45% for general category, 42% for OBC Category, and 40% for SC/ST.
- If a candidate secured less than the specified percentage in graduation, they should have secured the same percentage or more in any Post Graduation or B.Ed.
- Note: Candidates who obtained their degree through single sitting without undergoing a three-year course (regular, private, or correspondence) or through open University directly without basic qualifications are not eligible.
5-Year L.L.B / B.L.:
- For the 5-year LL.B. Course, candidates should have passed the two-year Intermediate Examination (with 10+2 pattern).
- Aggregate marks required: 45% for general category, 42% for OBC Category, and 40% for SC/ST.
- Note: Applicants who obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post-graduation through open Universities without basic qualifications (i.e., SSC) are not eligible for LL.B Courses.
Processing Fee: Rs.800/- and Rs.500/- in case of SC/ ST candidates towards Registration cum Verification process which has to be paid through online payment Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Internet Banking in favour of ‘Secretary, TGCHE’.

TG LAWCET 2024 - Required Documents List: Certificates to be uploaded at the time of Registration and filling application form
- TG LAWCET 2024 Rank Card
- Memorandum of marks of SSC or equivalent
- Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or equivalent
- Memorandum of marks in Qualifying Examination (Intermediate marks memo for LLB 5-year course, Degree Consolidate marks memo (CMM) for LLB 3-year course, and LLB marks memo for 2-year LLM course.)
- Provisional / Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination (Intermediate certificate for LLB 5-year course, Degree Provisional Certificate (PC)/ Original Degree (OD) for LLB 3-year course, and LLB Degree Certificate for 2-year LLM course).
Note: Candidates who pursued a degree outside Telangana state must submit an equivalence certificate from any Telangana university.
- Migration Certificate (If applicable).
- Study certificates from 5th class to Graduation.
- Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination (i.e., Graduation) for candidates with private study (Distance education/Open school education).
- Residence certificate from M. R. O of either parent in Telangana for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates. This is necessary for allotment under unreserved seats.
- Residence Certificate: Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years (excluding study periods outside the State) or whose parents have resided in the State for 10 years (excluding employment periods outside the State). OR
Employer Certificate: Candidates who are children of parents employed by the State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies, Universities, and similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State. 12
- Transfer Certificate.
- Latest Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates, if applicable.
- Latest Parental Income certificate issued by M.R.O. by Govt. of Telangana on or after 01.01.2024, if applicable.
- Aadhar Card or any other valid I.D. proof.
