NIT Andhra Pradesh PhD Admission 2024 - Eligibility
(a) Full-Time PhD in Engineering: Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science with minimum 60% aggregate marks at UG or PG level for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL category and 55% aggregate marks for SC/ ST/ PwD category and Qualified GATE/ NET in relevant discipline (except for M.Tech. from CFI with CGPA 8.0 or higher).
(b) Part-Time Ph.D. in Engineering: i) Minimum 2 years' experience working in a research organization/academic institution/industry. Ii) Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or by Research in Engineering/ Technology with minimum 60% aggregate marks at UG or PG level for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL category and 55% aggregate marks for SC/ ST/ PwD category
